Thats me. The problem is that I dont have mingw here and I dont have the
ressources to compile on more platforms then pure Linux 2.4.
Not only the mingw target is broken. Pure Windows, the BSDs and other archs
are probably broken too. But that has to be fixed by people having such archs
by sending patches to the list. These patches then can be integrated into the
tree.
I can test it on other archs if I would have access to other archs with enough
ressources to test it before committing.
