ftp.freesoftware.com has been dead for an extensive period and
most probably won't reappear anytime soon.
Java folks, you also have two links in htdocs/java. Would you mind
removing these as well? (Though, in fact, it would be better to reduce
this redundancy altogether and only refer to the main GCC pages for
stuff like that.)
