Please do only use publicly available documentation when working on libgcj.
Most information on the standard libraries is available without having to
agree to any license or is published in books that can be bought in any
technical bookstore.
If you really have to use such restricted specifications please consult
rms on a case by case basis. (Sun is in the habit to change these kinds
of agreements on a day to day basis.) There is enough work to do on the
current libraries without having to worry about these legal mumble jumble.
