try something like

COLLAPSED_OBJS = obj0.o obj1.o obj2.o ... objn.o

my_lib.so : $(COLLAPSED_OBJS) 
	ld $(DYNAMIC_LIB_SWITCHES) $(LINK_SWITCHES) my_lib.so $(PAP_OBJS) 
$(LIB_SWITCHES)

obj0.o :  obj0.c
	$(FC) $(FFLAGS) obj0.c

obj1.o :  obj1.c  
        $(FC) $(FFLAGS) obj1.c  

obj2.o :  obj2.c  
        $(FC) $(FFLAGS) obj2.c  
   .
   .
   .

objn.o :  objn.c  
        $(FC) $(FFLAGS) objn.c
