Jar files not accepted.


It happens that a jar file is not accepted by gcj on my Linux box.

If I try something like :
gcj --main=Hello -o Hello my_classes.jar

I got a error :
my_classes.jar:0: Not a valid Java .class file

If I replace the jar by *.class it works fine.

The command jar is the one provided with Linux_JDK_1.2_pre-release-v1.
