Well, libgcj has not been parted to the Alpha or OSF1.  I think you
will find that even if the compiler crash is fixed that some
porting will be needed, for example connecting the garbage collection
and the thread system to OSF1.

Cygnus have no immediate plans to do this work, but we will happily
accept clean patches.

I'm guessing the compiler crash is due to some bug where we don't
handle 64-bit systems correctly.
