The fastjar Makefile creates fastjar.info in the source directory. This is
wrong. It should be written to the build directory, and copied back to the
source directory by the release scripts. (Why? So you can have a read-only
source tree. Also, so it doesn't show up obnoxiously in cvs update output.)
