Subject: [ecj] Rebuilt Makefiles

Hi all,

This commit rebuilds some Makefiles that were left in a funny state
by the last commit; the toplevel one lost the changes of the commit
before (I'm guessing an old sources.am was used) and the other two
needed to pick up the new conditionals.
