Hi list,


I commited the attached patch to implement some missing methods and to
fix some methods.

	(setAttribute): Likewise.
	(setAttributeNode): Likewise.
	(setAttributeNodeNS): Likewise.
	(setAttributeNS): Likewise.
	(appendChild): Likewise.

	(removeChild): Likewise.
	(replaceChild): Likewise.
	(setPrefix): Likewise.
