libltdl update

Subject: libltdl update

Hello list,


I updated libjava/libltdl to libltdl from libtool 1.5.0. This fixes
PR libgcj/13056. I have found no regression yet with this patch. Others
(namely Andreas Tobler, Thomas Fitzsimmons and Mohan Embar) have
pre-tested this patch too and found nothing critical. Andreas found one
issue on PowerPC and provided a little patch which is included.

To use the patch you need to execute the autofriends stuff in libltdl
directory to recreate generated files as they are not includeded int he
patch. You need recent versions of autoconf (>= 2.53) and automake (>=
1.7.0).

Please review and comment the patch.
