WWW patch: links to GCJ Manual

This patch adds a link to the GCJ Manual from the docs.html, and
includes an updated link to the section on Invocation from faq.html.

Note that example in the old invocation link[1] segfaults when run using 
GCC 3.1.  The example in the new link compiles and runs correctly (with 
the patch I just sent).
