Question about javax.naming

I have a big patch here that implements much of javax.naming and
javax.transaction. It is mostly interfaces and the like, but there is
some real code too. There aren't any providers (or whatever they are
called in javax.naming, I've forgotten).
I'm going to check this in soon. My question is: should I enable it
in the build?
