Patch: JNI tests

I'm checking this in on the trunk. This adds a test suite wrapper for
the JNI tests that we have. In the future I hope to add test cases
every time a JNI bug is reported (or at least whenever it is
practical).

2001-06-14  Tom Tromey  <tromey@redhat.com>

	* libjava.jni/jni.exp: New file.
	* lib/libjava.exp (gcj_link): New proc.
