The problem was in the version of the patch I sent you. It was also in the
hash synchronization patch from day 1, including the version that Jeff
tried. I built that several times. Is LINUX_THREADS somehow not getting
defined sometimes? I'll look at it a bit more. I'm suspicious there's
something else wrong here, too.
