In any case, since fastjar is a third party utility imported into the
tree, surely documenting it is the responsibility of its maintainers
outside of GCC. If they add documentation in a future version, then we
should install it if we install fastjar. Of course if GCC had its own
jar, then that would be GCC's responsibility to document (probably in
gcj.texi).
