Patch: ThreadGroup: comply with classpath VM spec

	* java/lang/ThreadGroup.java (add(Thread)): Rename to addThread() to
	comply with classpath VM spec.
	(add(Group)): Rename to addGroup().
	* java/lang/Thread.java (Thread): Use addThread().
	* java/lang/natThread.cc (finish_): Use removeThread().
