We're reusing the 2.95 branch for the upcoming 2.95.1 release. I
think we should limit changes there to things we think are very
important for this release. I've taken the approach of only checking
in portability fixes and fixes for the most frequently reported bugs
from 2.95. I haven't been adding miscellaneous bug fixes. Of course,
this policy is up for discussion if someone disagrees with it.
