I would suggest you to experiment your idea thru some GCC plugin
(or maybe some MELT extension, http://gcc-melt.org/ MELT being 
a domain specific language to extend GCC).

This is not to say that I am convinced with your idea. However, I do
believe that extending GCC thru its plugin machinery (and MELT permits that)
is a good way to experiment such ideas.
