trunk (rev 180248) not buildable --with-gc=zone: undefined ggc_alloced_size_for_request

Hello All,

On my GNU/Linux/x86-64 Debian/Sid system, I am not able to build trunk svn revision 180248 when it is configuresd with

 '/usr/src/Lang/gcc-trunk-bstarynk/configure'   '--enable-maintainer-mode' '--enable-checks=tree,gc' '--enable-bootstrap' '--disable-multilib' '--enable-plugin' 'CFLAGS=-O -g' '--enable-lto' '--with-gc=zone' '--enable-languages=c,c++,lto'

I am getting
gcc -c   -g -fkeep-inline-functions -DIN_GCC   -W -Wall -Wwrite-strings -Wcast-qual -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -Wmissing-format-attribute -pedantic -Wno-long-long -Wno-variadic-macros -Wno-overlength-strings -Wold-style-definition -Wc++-compat -fno-common  -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I/usr/src/Lang/gcc-trunk-bstarynk/gcc -I/usr/src/Lang/gcc-trunk-bstarynk/gcc/. -I/usr/src/Lang/gcc-trunk-bstarynk/gcc/../include -I/usr/src/Lang/gcc-trunk-bstarynk/gcc/../libcpp/include  -I/usr/src/Lang/gcc-trunk-bstarynk/gcc/../libdecnumber -I/usr/src/Lang/gcc-trunk-bstarynk/gcc/../libdecnumber/bid -I../libdecnumber    cc1-checksum.c -o cc1-checksum.o

The compiler compiling the trunk is:
% gcc -v
Using built-in specs.
COLLECT_GCC=/usr/bin/gcc
COLLECT_LTO_WRAPPER=/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.6/lto-wrapper
Target: x86_64-linux-gnu
Configured with: ../src/configure -v --with-pkgversion='Debian 4.6.1-14' --with-bugurl=file:///usr/share/doc/gcc-4.6/README.Bugs --enable-languages=c,c++,fortran,objc,obj-c++,go --prefix=/usr --program-suffix=-4.6 --enable-shared --enable-linker-build-id --with-system-zlib --libexecdir=/usr/lib --without-included-gettext --enable-threads=posix --with-gxx-include-dir=/usr/include/c++/4.6 --libdir=/usr/lib --enable-nls --enable-clocale=gnu --enable-libstdcxx-debug --enable-libstdcxx-time=yes --enable-plugin --enable-objc-gc --with-arch-32=i586 --with-tune=generic --enable-checking=release --build=x86_64-linux-gnu --host=x86_64-linux-gnu --target=x86_64-linux-gnu
Thread model: posix
gcc version 4.6.1 (Debian 4.6.1-14)

and the linker is % ld -v
GNU ld (GNU Binutils for Debian) 2.21.90.20111004

Does any one reproduce the same behevior?

If the file gcc/ggc-zone.c is becoming deprecated, when configured --with-gc=zone maybe we should add a comment about it.

What do you think?

Cheers
