I don't think SC approval is required.  I think that the SC trusts me to
approve these kinds of minor mechanical adjustments to the process
(subject, of course, to the fact that people can appeal decisions they
don't like to the SC).  I agree that this is a good strategy.  So, let's
go ahead.
