Well it is, but I wasn't sure if it was intentionally so or just an
accidental choice of wording. Thank you for the clarification (even if it's
only my own dumbness that necessitated it).

The 'why' is the really interesting bit. And I'm not necessarily even about
to propose some smart-ass way to get around it either :), I just want to
understand.
