Huh.  I didn't know those existed.  I've always used the links from the
wiki.

Well, we have all of them attached to the wiki now.  I've added links to
the individual papers on the the FTP server.  If somebody is interested
in splitting the other years into individual papers, they could be added
as links from the wiki.
