I took a look at Bugzilla, and the first thing I see is

http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=15212

which indicates that the compiler hasn't even bootstrapped on Interix in a
long time, though workarounds are proposed and a patch is given against a
4.2 snapshot. It looks like no one has treated the platform as a
priority. It's just a matter of not having a sufficiently motivated
volunteer, or else the sufficiently motivated volunteers are not
contributing their patches to gcc.gnu.org.

So, where are you getting your Interix gcc? Are you using an FSF release,
or is someone trying to support a fork?
