HP-UX 11.31 has not shipped yet so I am not sure I would move from 11.11
to 11.31. It might make more sense to move from 11.11 to 11.23. 11.23
is available now and 11.23 has the advantage over 11.11 of being
available on hppa and ia64 machines so any OS issues found while testing
on hppa might actually affect both hppa and ia64.
