Is there Doc on level of C++ standard implementation (and what about 'export')?

Hi
I was trying to find out if gcc implements 'export' for templates (I don't
think so). The obvious page to look would be
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-4.1.0/gcc/Standards.html#Standards
but that doesn't mention c++ at all (only C, Objective C and a link about
fortran).
Is such documentation available anywhere else? It would (of course) even be
better if there would be a (very rough) time-line about plans for
non-implemented features.
I'd appreciate it if somebody could tell me if there any plans for adding
'export'.
All the best
