The only differences between 3.4.3 and 3.4.5 are bug fixes, both in
the compiler and in the manual, also it appears from the ChangeLog
that almost all of the changes in the 3.4.5 manual are correct for
3.4.3 as well.
That said, the sources for the 3.4.3 manual are included in the 3.4.3
source code.
