     libaddr2line used to be a proprietary library distributed by AdaCore
     only.  (I'm not sure if it was intentionally proprietary.)

As far as I know, it's just the binutils addr2line with a tiny patch/wrapper.
Certainly covered the by GPL, not proprietary.
