Exactly!  I've never seen or used svn.  Well, the wiki 
gave incorrect info about checking out a copy of the
repo.  The wiki's link to svn docs returned a 404 
http error (I've already fixed this!).  So, I naturally
assumed that the "svn update" info on the wiki was also
misinformation.
