Attached patch changes the name of the language in --enable-languages

of places which are refered to as f95 (such as f951 ;-), but they are
all internal uses.
This happened a month ago. It just occured to me today that it is a bit
odd that I can do --enable-languages=fortran, but I can't do -x fortran.
The -x option only accepts f77 and f95. Shouldn't -x fortran work also?
