Corrupted CVS respository?

As of Wed Sep 14 08:55:04 PDT 2005, I got

# ./contrib/gcc_update
...

cvs [update aborted]: branch attribute does not match file for `/cvs/gcc/gcc/zlib/contrib/dotzlib/DotZLib.build,v'

Has anyone else seen it?
