Fair point. This needs fixing.

Huh? The first paragraph on that page is
"Source code for GCC releases may be downloaded from our <mirror sites>"

The following paragraph clearly states that this is source code, and link to 
the page with binaries on. It even says "Important:".

Furthermore the title of that section is "Download"

I don't see how you could possibly have missed this.
