If that's the case, you might want to assign those bugs to yourself
and leave some comments on each of them, saying that you've got a
patch and will be posting it soon.  Doing so will prevent several
people from independently working on the same problem (although it may
be unlikely in particular this case).  Also, note that our bugmasters
go through open bugs from time to time.  If you merge your fix into
mainline in a timely manner, they wouldn't have to spend extra time to
see if bugs still exist.

Send patches to gcc-patches@gcc.gnu.org.  If you are familiar with ARC
and willing to continue to work on the port, you may want to become a
maintainer.  That will speed up the process of merging your work into
the FSF tree.
