What I would like to see in this area is having the regression testers
set svn properties on the versions they test.  In other words, provide
a more meaningful link between the regression testers and the
repository.  That would make it simpler to do things like "check out
latest no-regression x86 native".  (Still not as nice as monotone,
since you can't meaningfully do work when you aren't at HEAD, but
still useful in some situations.)
