at 400k, a resend is just going to bounce again.

But why does a testresults message have more than 400k characters? Did
every test fail?

I just ran the script like the web page said. As far as I can see the summaries total about 2.1MB (objc 75KB, gcc 1.64MB and G++ 600KB) and the log files which have the extension .sent total another 10MB or so.

The summaries are that large, but test_summary strips out FAILs. The result should be barely a couple of pages - take a look at the list archives for gcc-testresults.

I just remailed the the test_summary to myself and it is 917KB. So it is unsurprising that it was bounced by a 400KB limit.

Is there anyone I can send to, or should I give up?
