Does it happen with 'make mail-report.log' too?

Yes.

It would also be nice to figure out why your results on SPARC/Solaris are
again completely out of sync with mine, much like about one year ago. You
keep reporting tons of failures in the C/C++/Obj-C testsuites, while I have
essentially none on the 5 machines I've access to.

That's unfortunate, in that it implies I'm basically wasting my time and CPU cycles running tests that are discounted.

Here's my command line for bootstrapping and testing gcc:

zada-6% cat ../build-gcc
#!/bin/tcsh
/bin/rm -rf *; ../configure --prefix=/export/users/lucier/local/gcc-mainline; make -j 8 bootstrap >& build.log && (make -j 12 -k check RUNTESTFLAGS="--target_board 'unix{-m64,}'">& check.log ; make mail-report-with-warnings.log; ./mail-report-with-warnings.log)

with stage1 compiler

zada-7% gcc -v
Reading specs from /export/pkgs/gcc-3.4.3/bin/../lib/gcc/sparc-sun-solaris2.9/3.4.3/specs
Configured with: ../configure --prefix=/pkgs/gcc-3.4.3
Thread model: posix
gcc version 3.4.3

Perhaps I should try a non-parallel make and see what happens.

Or perhaps I should just blow away my mainline cvs directory and start over again.

I'll try a few things.

Blah
