The internals manual, and the source code? The manual is online at
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gccint/, and you can download the source
via CVS, as a snapshot, or via ftp. All this information is on the
web site, so I'd start browsing http://gcc.gnu.org/ if I were you ;-)
