re: RFC on potential operand/operator processing simplification.


Regardless of my apparently poor quoting and/or writing style,
any thoughts on the pro's/con's based on my attempted rephrasing:

As it seems that it's may be both reasonably possible, and broadly
beneficial to both improve GCC's ability to efficiently target small
machines, and simplify GCC's front-end processing; by supporting a
slightly more flexible rtl machine specification.
