To whom it may concern.
I am a recruitment consultant in the UK with a pressing requirement for a
new start-up organisation here. They have been trying for sometime to hire a
compiler / Toolchain developer to work on the GNU compiler with out much
luck. Having seen your organisation on the internet you seem to be in a very
good position to maybe help me find the right guys for them, see job spec
below.
If there is anyway you could suggest anyone for the position or pass round
the details of this job to people who may be interested I would be very much
in your debt.
My client although in the UK would consider bringing people in from the US,
India, Russia etc if they possess the right skills.
Thanks in advance for any help offered.
Regards
Alex Fothergill

This is a rare opportunity to join a new and exciting fabless semiconductor
company that is developing breakthrough processor technology initially to be
targeted at the wireless market.
Applicants are required to join the Toolchain team, you're tasked with
creating a suite of programming tools and libraries for a new, complex
processor. You will have several years experience in porting programming
tools, especially gnu compliant, to a new architecture: compiler, assembler,
linker, libraries. Industrial experience in a chip company making
processors, rather than a software house and familiarity with SIMD/VLIW DSPs
and DSP coding would be desirable. You must also have a solid academic
record with a 1st or 2:1 from reputable university.
