XFAILED testcase loop-2e.c

Hello,

the testcase gcc.c-torture/execute/loop-2e.c is XFAILED on x86 for -Os.
However, the test passes on mainline since 20040906, see e.g.
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-testresults/2004-09/msg00202.html

Shouldn't we remove the XFAIL for this testcase?

There's also a PR about this: PR 7799. It is in SUSPENDED state.
The failure is there since gcc 3.1, so this is a regression.
OTOH, no attempts have been made to fix it for gcc 3.3.x or gcc 3.4.x
(that's probably why it got suspended).

Shall we close the PR as FIXED for 4.0.0, anyway?

Regards,
Volker
