Thanks for explaining the new failures. The new failures on AIX
are appended.
AIX testruns includes yet more failures because of assumptions
that powerpc-*-* supports Altivec tests. It's quite annoying.
Can we please restrict the targets or add xfails for Darwin and
AIX?
