Bootstrap failure on i386

Bootstrapping on Linux/i586 I get:

stage1/xgcc -Bstage1/ -B/usr/i586-suse-linux/bin/ -c   -O2 -march=i586 -fmessage-length=0 -Wall -DIN_GCC   -W -Wall -Wwrite-strings -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -pedantic -Wno-long-long -Wno-variadic-macros -Wold-style-definition -Werror -fno-common   -DHAVE_CONFIG_H    -I. -I. -I../../gcc -I../../gcc/. -I../../gcc/../include -I../../gcc/../libcpp/include  ../../gcc/ra-build.c -o ra-build.o
../../gcc/ra-build.c: In function `union_web_part_roots':
../../gcc/ra-build.c:468: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault

This seems to be some memory corruption, if I add -save-temps, it
compiles fine. :-(

Btw. bootstrapping on Linux/x86-64 works fine,
