Yes, they are compatible with 3.3. (They have to be, because Apple
will be supporting both 3.3 and 3.5.)
Just a side note, if you install Xcode-1.5 be aware to reinstall
cctools-528 :)
Since in this case I am still on 10.2.8 I can't use Xcode anyway. But
thanks for the hint nevertheless (because others read this list too).
