Do we still need libf2c?

Subject: Do we still need libf2c?

With the merge of tree-ssa and the new fortran frontend, I don't see
any reason for libf2c anymore.  Shouldn't we remove it completly from
CVS?

I can issue the commands if somebody approves it...
