Oh, all right. Since I'm the guy who brought this up, I guess I'll see what I can do to make it a reality. Since this will largely be a self-funded adventure, by someone (me) who isn't exactly the guru of web site development, I wouldn't expect miracles. ;)

I'll see what I can do in the next week or so. I'll put up a prototype, and get some feedback from the community.
