Devang, FYI - today's snapshot of lno passes bootstrap with
BOOT_CFLAGS="-g -O2 -ftree-vectorize -maltivec"
(and also with -fscalar-evolutions)

It's not due to the vectorizer; I get the same bootstrap failure if I use
BOOT_CFLAGS="-g -O2 -fscalar-evolutions"
