Build success for gcc 3.4.0 on alphaev68-dec-osf5.1 (CompaqTru64UNIX)

Successful build of 3.4.0 for alphaev68-dec-osf5.1 (c,c++,f77,objc,ada).
I still need to copy some install.sh scripts in some directories.
