I believe CGF and others already took care of some of these; however,
if you have specific (former) contributors in mind, please let us know
so that we can fix at least those problems we now about.

(I know for sure, because it happened a few months ago, that someone in
a similar situation was not aware that he'd need to obtain a personal
copyright assignment.)

For those cases we know about, I suggest to remove them from MAINTAINERS
right away (for obviously they don't really care) and send a message to
overseers@gcc.gnu.org asking to have their accounts locked.

The FSF is very concerned about our relatively lax way to handle these
issues, and we should try to avoid whatever problems we can.
