Once the lists of accounts in the gcc group but not in MAINTAINERS, and
disabled accounts still listed in MAINTAINERS, sent to overseers, have
been resolved, I'll prepare the list for FSF categorization (which may
also cover assignments that name part of GCC only) though they may not
know who is covered by a blanket employer assignment.
