I don't know.
But the fact is that that paper caused confusions and those will last
for long time :-(
I doubt any "post-"paper would accurately capture the debates
and how things went on. And I'm not sure it would be useful; I rather
spend my efforts on "concepts".

Those are numbers, so they can be made to say anything, but you should
