Classifying bugs

In particular, http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=12419 has
had its severity downgraded.  Okay, so it's only a performance
regression, but it hits gcj (and, I suppose, g++) where it hurts
badly: method dispatch.
